James J. Sellitti

James J. Sellitti was born in Steubenville, Ohio, raised in Weirton, West Virginia and currently resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He graduated cum laude from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Mr. Sellitti worked as a real estate broker in Morgantown, West Virginia, while in college and law school. He graduated from West Virginia University’s College of Law in 1980 where he was a member of the WVU Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Sellitti was also a member of the Marlyn E. Lugar Trial Association, which focused on providing students with courtroom experience.

Attorney Sellitti is licensed to practice law before the state courts of Pennsylvania and Ohio, as well as West Virginia State and Federal Courts. He is also admitted before the United States Supreme Court and the Supreme Courts of West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Since graduating from law school, he has participated in numerous trial seminars sponsored by American Association for Justice, and the respective Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania Associations for Justice.
